Brazing Line and Dehydration Ovens

Coils are brazed and then put in a water bath to check for leaks.

After the leak check, coils go through the dehydration oven. They are now ready to box.

Quality Checks are rigid for each process, from sheet metal and hairpin stations to final brazing, testing, and packaging. Each employee is trained in quality standards for inspection and reporting. All Coils are UL and CSA approved.
