Punching Centers and Press Brake

Two Punching Centers and Press Brake allow ACE Coil to make a diverse range of end sheets. Fabricated metal parts are also available.

Fabricated Metal Parts

Using CNC equipment and CAD, ACE Coil can produce a wide variety of metal parts. The parts are punched on an Amada Pega 344 punching center and then the bends are formed with an Amada RG-50 brake press. Tolerances are held within .003
Current tooling is for the 18, 20, and 26 gage galvanized steel as well as .050 aluminum. The largest part we can bend is 4' long with a depth of 18".
