Review of Steps

End sheets are made
Hairpins are run
Fin Packs are assembled
Coils are expanded
Return bends and process tubes are brazed onto the coils
Coils are checked for leaks
Coils are dehydrated
Coils are boxed
Coils are shipped or put into inventory

At each step in the process, the operators check the prints and specifications for the product they are building.

Any questions or variations are brought to the attention of the group leaders and/or the plant manager.
